The Commercial Real Estate Development Association's Developing Leaders is an exclusive program for all professionals aged 35 and under. Your membership entitles you to participate in our extensive network, gain instant access to the latest industry news, and enjoy unparalleled networking opportunities.

All CREDA members aged 35 or under qualify to participate in the DL program, whether you joined through the DL membership category or as part of a corporate membership. As long as you meet the age requirements — and CREDA has your date of birth on file to verify it — you are automatically considered a DL and have immediate access to all the program benefits.

The CREDA Charlotte Developing Leaders offers exclusive programs specific for the age group 35 and under:

  • DL Connect – Provides DL members the opportunity to meet other DLs and grow their professional network in Charlotte’s commercial real estate community.
  • DL Lunch & Learn – Held semi-annually, DL members sit down with a seasoned Charlotte commercial real estate community member to learn more about their experiences.
